What is Women on Weights?
Women on Weights (WOW) is a 4-week experience of education, strength, and community. WOW is a safe space, where it's totally fine if you're not a fitness pro. No need to worry about intimidating gyms – our small, friendly group of up to 10 is here to support one another. From mastering the basics to learning advanced techniques, it's like having a fitness friend by your side! And guess what? It doesn’t matter how much experience you have! We work from the ground up, meaning you’ll learn everything you need to know about strength training - from proper form to lifting heavy. Imagine embracing that inner strength, fueling your confidence, and uncovering your true potential. It's all right here in WOW – your path to a stronger you.
Which Class is Right For You?
Foundations
Tailored for newcomers and those returning to exercise after a break. “Foundations” provides a gradual initiation into weight training. Master proper form in foundational movements, prevent injury, and build strength with personalized guidance. Great for those who want a program, but don’t know where to start!
Elevate
Geared toward “Foundations” graduates, or those with instructor approval. “Elevate” is a progression from “Foundations” for those looking get even stronger. We refine skills, hone technique, and encourage advanced challenges within a supportive group dynamic. Great for those who don’t want to lose momentum!

There are 8 classes total.
Each round of WOW is 4-weeks longs and consists of 2 classes per week.
