W.O.W. Foundations

Welcome to Women on Weights (WOW) Foundations– a beginner-friendly program to build a solid foundation in weight training. Over four weeks, we'll cover basics and perfect form in a small, supportive group. Whether new to fitness or refining technique, Level 1 is your starting point to strength and confidence. Join us and discover empowered training.

Prerequisites:

It's recommended that participants are able to walk at least one mile and easily get up and down from the ground.
